Every year, a group of preppie White guys come to DC to buy a bunch of property from the tax sales. Insiders said this age old practice goes like this. The guys come in on the first day with huge containers of coffee, donuts, fruit and juice that is given to some chick. She gives it to the girls. The guys get A-1 treatment.
By the time the guys arrive, the info has already been released. The girlies have researched and informed them on what properties they are most likely to get because the owner is old, sick, Black and po' or out of town.
These so called sophisticated bitches are treacherous! Oh yes, they have the ultimate look - the expensive weave, a nail and toe job that looks like a production, fancy cars, expensive jewelry, designer clothes, houses, and a constant greedy palm that needs to be fed.
By the way, for years many Black women who worked in key positions throughout the DC government were ex-prostitutes, ex-whores or ex-junkies. Now reformed - their whorish ways don't stop it is just refined. They lie, cheat and steal to maintain their homes, car payments and lavish lifestyles - but they're not sucking and fucking for it on their knees. The whores are at their desk giving away the city!
When there's an opening in the department - no self-respecting, qualified or honest person can get a job in these camps. That DC 2000 is zapped!
